Mt. Juliet C of C in Mt. Juliet, TN
Perfect is not what I seek to be, but follower of Jesus is where my footsteps will be! I absolutely LOVE writing, speaking, mentoring, teaching, & creating thought provoking plays to cause others to think and consider their footsteps. The more I study, meditate, & write the more I grow spiritually. I love learning and seeking knowledge. As I speak to women & girls I take their hands leading each of them along a journey, reiterating the words of Jesus and sharing my own personal struggles.
My journey began with God, my book, and a bunch of women & girls wanting to grow! I have been blessed to speak throughout the United States for women & girls events. My first book “Traveling Toward Transformation” was published by 21st Century Christian in Nashville, TN I was recently featured in the July ’17 issue of Christian Chronicle & my book was featured in Christian Woman Magazine as a book to read.
I am also the Originator & Chair of the Tennessee Girls Symposium Series, which seeks to strengthen personal relationships between God & girls; while promoting spiritual growth. I love connecting and getting to know people! My utmost prayer, plan, & purpose is to create an environment of camaraderie, connectivity, and humility with my audience; while revealing the practicality of the Bible and guiding females toward its usage. Should women come to an event with their glasses half full, or their cups completely empty, with God’s help, I take responsibility in filling their cups to capacity. I look forward to being the speaker for your Ladies event! May God bless & keep you❤

Serving God and my family has always been my priority. I was a stay-at-home mom for 13 years and only went back to teaching when my husband, Gary, had an opportunity to go to graduate school and our youngest was in second grade. I have taught mathematics at Abilene Christian School, Fort Worth Christian School, a public high school, and recently retired as assistant professor of mathematics at Tarrant County College. Besides my degrees in mathematics and English, I have done graduate work at ACU in Bible and counseling. When Gary was on the faculty of the Brown Trail School of Preaching in Bedford, TX, I directed the wives’ program, teaching Life of Christ, Acts, and several other courses. I have spoken for several ladies’ days, retreats, and lectures including the Ft. Worth Lectures, Mid-Atlantic Retreat and Cold Harbor Road Lectures in Virginia, the Connecticut Women’s Retreat, Come Fill Your Cup Retreats in Denver and Oklahoma, and the European Christian Women’s Retreat in Spyer, Germany. I am the author of 2 books in a series, “The Drama of Redemption.” Book 1 is “Walking with Jesus from Creation to Canaan” and book 2 is “Walking with Jesus through the Prophets.” I’ve spoken on various Bible topics, so it is hard to pick a favorite. The unity and integrity of the Scriptures, fulfilled prophecy, and the nature of Jesus are topics I see as having a major impact on our lives in this “post-modern” culture, because we become like the God (or gods) we worship. I believe the Word is too precious and my time is too short to waste it on “fluffy” stuff. Since Gary is now the coordinator of the graduate studies with the Bear Valley School’s Extension Program, I have had the opportunity to teach women, children, and the lost in places like Ukraine, Tanzania, Paraguay, Peru, etc. We have been married 53 years and have 2 children.

Lancaster Church of Christ
Hello! My name is Jennifer Cooper. I own a Cooking School in Lancaster, Oh. Our mission is to get families back to the supper table as a unit! Part of my business is community outreach and ladies fellowship classes. We opened our doors July 11, 2017. Our first community outreach seminar is August 23rd, 2017. I am planning our first Women’s Fellowship Class soon. God gave me a talent to cook and a talent to talk. We each came to Christ in our own way and it’s so important for us to share our stories of how an imperfect, sinful person, came to know and love Jesus and be saved. Many women, who are not Christian, feel they are too sinful for God to even give them a second chance. While others feel that we Christians are “perfect and judgemental.” Neither, as we all know, is the case – we just want their souls to live on for eternity. I came to Christ after a lifelong battle with sin. Everyday sin that many justify as being ok, or socially acceptable. Those sins are not ok and we are called to be different. Our Ladies Fellowship Classes will feature a fun and memorable experience. Ladies will get to cook together, Fellowship, and eat together. They will also hear my story – How God found His lost sheep in this ugly world.
