My name is Brooke Simpson and I am currently a freshman elementary education major. I live with my beloved grandparents Russell and Dana Simpson who are the biggest blessing in my life. But besides my adoration for my parents, I have a love for children, mission work, and being outdoors as much as possible. In my spare time I enjoy writing and blogging, both in an effort to spread the good news of our Savior. Phone: 270-996-8633 Email: Simpsonbrooke98@yahoo.com Website:http://brookems.weebly.com
I was born and raised in southern Illinois and became a Christian in my teens. I’ve taught Bible classes of all ages ever since. My husband Edd has been a minister of the gospel for 28 years now and has served congregations in Flora and Harrisburg, IL, Jackson, MO, and Campbellsville, KY. We have 3 children and 5 grandchildren. I have spoken at teachers workshops and ladies days in IL, MO, and KY.
I am a homeschool mom of two teenage daughters, Maggie, age 17 and Georgia Leigh, age 15. I have been an active member at Broadway Church of Christ in Paducah, Kentucky for over 20 years where my husband, Mike has served as an elder for the last 4 1/2 years. I enjoy mentoring young women and young moms and studying God’s Word. I have a soft spot for children and minister to them through New Pathways for Children and Healing Hands International. I have been a volunteer at both organizations for many years.
Maggie is a 17 year old homeschool student who is a full time student at our local community college. She is also an active member at Broadway and volunteers alongside her mom at New Pathways for Children and Healing Hands International. She enjoys mentoring young girls, water skiing, and spending time with her family at the lake. She plans to pursue a degree in social work with an emphasis in geriatrics and hopes to work at an assisted living facility upon college graduation.
Maggie and I have both have seen a need for a ministry that encourages mothers and daughters to serve God together. We spoke recently at Healing Hands International’s Women of Hope Conference on a panel about Christian mentoring. We enjoyed preparing for that event together and look forward to sharing our ideas with others about the importance of mentoring as well as other biblical topics that will strengthen mother/daughter relationships as well as woman to woman relationships in church families.
I have experience speaking in a variety of situations- women’s conference, small group studies, large group studies, and mistress of ceremonies for a pregnancy crisis center. Maggie has only spoken at Women of Hope but has a natural strength for speaking in front of large groups of people.

Monica Mynk is the author of two Christian fiction series: Cavernous (young adult) and Goddess to Daughter (adult romantic suspense). The first two novels in each series are available on Amazon, and there are plenty more to come. In addition to Christian fiction, she writes devotionals and Bible class material for ladies and teen girls.
She has been a baptized believer since age 13, and has longtime served as a Bible class teacher, Bible camp counselor, and mentor for young Christian girls. She’s also spent time working alongside her husband in a college ministry, managing the women’s devotionals and praise. Currently, she’s focused her service on writing fiction with a strong Biblical base, taking a stand against our sound-byte faith and meme-driven religion.
Her adult novels contain stories of redemption, for women who’ve fallen far into sin and find it hard to dig their way out. She longs to reach out to women everywhere and challenge them to deeper faith.
Her debut women’s Bible class book, Ungodly Clutter, also released in 2016. It explores the idea that while it’s not necessarily a sin to have a messy house, there are some things cluttering our homes that would be displeasing to God. The room-to-room analysis covers everything from sinware on computers and idols in garages.
In addition to her service-related expertise, Monica has ample experience leading seminars and trainings in an educational arena, and many learning strategies through her fifteen-year career as a high school science and math teacher. She can lead seminar-style, Power Point, or lecture-style presentations on a custom topic, or any of the following:

Beneath Teresa Bell Kindred’s senior photo in her high school annual is the caption “Most likely to never marry, settle down or have children.” Determined to prove her class mates wrong she got married in 1980 and by 1991 was the mother of five beautiful children (including a set of identical twin boys who arrived unexpectedly when she was 36 years old and almost finished her off). Deciding that Loretta Lynn was right, that when they start coming in pairs it’s time to quit, she and her husband threw all the bottles and diapers away and went into survival mode.
Teresa is the author of several books including The Knot at the End of Your Rope; Ten Ways to Hold on When You are Stressed Out and Mom: PhD-A Simple 6 Step course on Leadership for Moms. She was a major contributor to Humor for a Teacher’s Heart and Cup of Comfort Devotional: Daily Reminders of God’s Love and Grace. She also authored four Precious Moments books that were illustrated by Sam Butcher.
She has a M.A. in Secondary Education and has taught 7th graders, high school students and college classes and considers herself a child advocate and proponent of education reform for public schools. It is her personal opinion that public school teachers are overworked, underpaid and under-appreciated.
Teresa lives in Kentucky with her husband, Bill (aka Poppa) her twin sons who she can always tell apart (if she has her glasses on) and their seven dogs. She loves being a nana and anxiously awaits the day when she has at least as many grandchildren as she has dogs.

In 2006, Eldon & Beth Brown left the corporate world because the rats had won the rat race. Now, they, and the PBI Bank, are the proud owners of the Singing Hills RV Park & Campground in Cave City, KY. Eldon & Beth enjoy job security since they have promised not to fire each other.
Eldon and Beth spent the first years of their marriage teaching at the Namwianga Christian Secondary School in Zambia. Their first child, Amy, was born in a bush hospital in Zambia. Both daughters are graduates of Lubbock Christian University and both are married to fine Christian men. Eldon, Beth, and the girls have lived in several places. They’ve been a part of many congregations and have been blessed by each one. They are currently worshipping with the Mt. Vernon Church of Christ in Park City, KY.
